T&C Surf Designs is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day window to return or exchange items that are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, whether you're hitting the waves or the street.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
